7 days of receiving your order, provided the
product meets our return conditions.
Please Note:
Customers are requested to contact Amin & Sons before sending
any product back. Returns sent without prior confirmation may
not be accepted.

The product must be returned with its original packaging,
tags and accessories, where applicable.
Products that have been damaged, washed, altered or used
may not be eligible for return.
The customer should provide the order details or proof
of purchase when requesting a return.

How to Return an Item

Contact Amin & Sons through WhatsApp or phone and provide
your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and confirm whether the
product is eligible for return.
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and
keep all tags and accessories with the item.
Send the package using the return method provided by our
team. Return shipping charges may apply depending on the
reason for the return.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process
the approved exchange or refund.

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product,
please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
For faster assistance, please provide your order number along
with clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product.

Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been received and inspected,
Amin & Sons will confirm whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed according to the original
payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Important:
Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is
due to an incorrect, damaged or defective product received
from Amin & Sons.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested
replacement is unavailable, our team will guide you regarding
